The Journey of Great Health

When people imagine what great health feels like - there are recurring themes. Most think of having steady and abundant energy, a strong metabolism and fit body, and a sense of vitality and aliveness.
Many even make the connection between their physical health and their mental clarity and emotional stability, and how this impacts their relationships with others.
Even Fewer realize that great health can also encompass our inner peace, our spiritual experience of life, and even our sense of self.
And yet, Minerals - the spark plugs of life, are the backdrop for the thousands of essential processes that our bodies run every single day, and they effect all of the above and more. And a secret that most people do not realize is that minerals do not act in isolation - they work together in a complex, interconnected system.

Why Minerals Matter More Than Ever
In the 1970's, the field of Mineral balancing emerged as an approach to assessing and correcting mineral imbalances, stress patterns, energy metabolism, and more. Through the groundbreaking research of Dr. Eck and Dr. Watts, something new emerged, positively impacting the health and lives of many.
Today, the need for this work is greater than ever.
Modern life brings higher stress levels, more environmental toxins and heavy metals, and increasingly depleted soils. For these reasons, thoughtful mineral supplementation and detoxification have become essential tools for lasting health.
Mineral Balancing is uniquely effective at addressing both mineral restoration and heavy metal detoxification safely and systematically.
My Approach
I’ve been immersed in mineral balancing since 2013, studying directly with some of the original students of Dr. Eck and Dr. Watts. Over my past 20+ years of nutritional study and experimentation, this system remains one of the most impactful frameworks I’ve utilized.
I combine the best of classical mineral balancing with refined, modern practices, including:
- Ultra-pure, customized mineral formulations
- Carefully sourced supplements with minimal excipients
- Food-based solutions whenever possible
- A complete dietary strategy tailored to your needs

Your Personalized Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)
The first step in this process is a correctly administered HTMA, or Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis. This is obtained by taking small samples of hair from multiple areas of the scalp (I will send you specific instructions for taking the sample). We will then mail your sample into the lab. I have agreements with the top two labs in the country for mineral testing.
Step 2: Intake & Analysis
You’ll also complete a detailed intake form covering your current diet, lifestyle, and supplements - what's working, and where you could use assistance. Once the results return (usually within 2–3 weeks), I’ll analyze your mineral patterns and ratios.
Step 3: Initial Consultation
During our call, we’ll review your results together. The mineral patterns reveal key insights about:
- Your current stress patterns and energy production
- Which minerals and supporting nutrients will be most beneficial
- Which foods or supplements are bested limited or avoided right now
From this, I create your custom mineral blend and custom fat-soluble vitamin blend (A, D, E, and/or K), plus recommendations for any additional support.
Why Customization Makes a Big Difference
Minerals and vitamins form an intricate web in the body. An excess or deficiency in even one mineral effects every other mineral, which in turn affects energy production, detoxification, hormone balance, and general well-being.
This is why supplementation by guess work or using generic multivitamins can oftentimes be less fruitful or even counterproductive. A personalized plan aligned with your biochemistry delivers far better results.
Why HTMA?
The hair is an excellent way to assess mineral status, and will tend to show imbalances much sooner than the blood. The body tends to compensate to regulate the blood as long as it can, as the blood is so essential to the body's functioning. This is not so with the hair, and so testing the hair can provide signs of imbalance sooner.
The Path Less Taken
There are many paths one can take in the world of nutrition. Sometimes, it's the path less taken that leads to extraordinary results. And it's along the way that we may Remember, or perhaps even Discover – our very best selves.
I look forward to walking with you on your journey to Great Health!
Warm Regards,
Joseph
